Get more for your money
Connect an existing Gmail or Outlook account to the network and you get 2 extra warmup slots per account — on top of your plan, at no extra cost. On the Starter plan and connect one Gmail account? You can warm up three addresses instead of one. The network gets stronger, and you get more room.
What counts as one email account?
Each email address you connect to EmailWarmup.app counts as one account. For example, if you connect sales@yourcompany.com and outreach@yourcompany.com, that is two accounts.
What is an inbox placement test?
An inbox placement test sends a real email and checks where it lands across Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo. It tells you whether your messages are hitting the inbox, the promotions tab, or spam.
How long does the warmup take?
It depends on the warmup speed you choose. Careful mode takes around 70 days and is best for new or damaged accounts. Standard takes 49 days. Fast mode completes in 42 days and suits established domains.
What happens after the warmup is done?
The system automatically switches to maintenance mode. It continues sending a low volume of emails to keep your reputation healthy, without any action needed from you.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. There are no long-term contracts. Cancel from your account settings and your subscription ends at the close of the current billing period.
Can I switch plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades apply from the next billing cycle.
What are free extra slots?
Connect an existing Gmail or Outlook account to the network and you get 2 extra warmup slots per account, on top of your plan. The network benefits from more diversity, and you get more capacity at no extra cost.
